• Design, supply and build 2650m2 two storey steel and masonry commercial building in Honiara to house ANZ bank and UNDP offices.
   

• Structure included full design and detailing of structural steel and upper concrete floor structures.
   

• Provision and installation of sewage treatment system, potable water collection and treatment, standby power generation facilities
