TCS Group founder with 40 years hands on experience in design and construction including factory prefabrication. This experience includes the last 25 years exporting across the Pacific Region, North Asia, Middle East and USA.
Greg has lead the step by step development of ‘fit for purpose’ tropical design and product specification knowledge including the TCS bar coded supply chain management system.
John Wootton
Contract / Finance
John has been with TCS group for 25 years managing the financial operations and specialising in project contract negotiations, contract financing and risk management . John is member of the institute of Chartered Accountants and the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of NZ.
Brent Balemi
Brent Balemi
Brent has worked with TCS group for 15 years in the roll of Project Manager for many of our projects throughout the Pacific. Brent has impressive experience in managing project social issues and gender management and played an instrumental role in overseeing TCS projects, managing project establishment, product fabrication, materials exports and liaising with project clients. Brent now heads our Project Director role from NZ.
Martin Heere
Architect / Design Office Manager
Martin is a certified architect and has been with TCS group for 20 years managing the design office covering all aspects of architectural, engineering, manufacturing and construction drawings, product specifications and documentation. Martin heads our Design Office enabling TCS to provide fully detailed design and construct projects.
Aaron Gilchrist
Project Manager
Aaron has worked with TCS for 15 years managing projects throughout the Pacific, including PNG, Solomon’s, Fiji, Vanuatu, Tuvalu, Kiribati and Tonga. Aaron’s extensive knowledge of Pacific and remote building is hugely valuable. A qualified NZ builder for 30 years, Aaron brings real experience in the training of local workers in quality work practices. He particularly targets mixed workforces with at least 20% female workers which provides excellent work balance and cooperation between workers.
Bruce Torrie
Project Manager
Bruce is a qualified NZ construction manager with 35 years’ experience in the building industry in NZ. Bruce has managed construction projects throughout the world including the Pacific and Middle East with his most recent project being the Project Management of the Regional Eye Care Facility at the National Referral Hospital in Honiara designed and built by TCS.
Matthew Morley
Construction Manager
Matthew is a qualified NZ builder with 20 years industry experience. He has worked for TCS group for four years and brings a wealth of knowledge in both commercial and residential construction. Matthew is a certified medic providing TCS with valuable on site health and welfare management.
Jean-Philippe Lamouric
Senior Architectural Technician
JP is a qualified Autocad technician operating the TCS - 3D Revit design program. JP has headed the TCS CAD team for the past 15 years managing master planning of housing and resort developments and producing highly detailed construction drawings that enable complex NZ based prefabrication and accuracy in our remote construction activities.
