Contract Description

​

• Design, supply and build of a mixture of three high end Expat houses including site infrastructure. 
   

• Facility included site security fencing, storm water collection and potable water distribution to all houses, sewage management, driveways, security lighting, swimming pool, decks and entertaining area, security, and landscaping.
   

• TCS provided all design, prefabrication and supply of homes to Tongs Corporation.
