Contract Description

​

• Design, supply and build of a mixture of seven three and two bedroom Expat houses including site infrastructure.
   

• Facility included site security fencing, storm water collection and potable water distribution to all houses, sewage management and treatment system, auto power generation and distribution,  driveways, security lighting, swimming pool, decks and entertaining area,  security, and landscaping.
   

• TCS provided all construction management and labour for the turn key project.
