Contract Description

​

• Design, prefabrication and construct a two level glue laminated timber, steel and concrete restaurant building in conjunction with McIntosh Timber Laminates. This was a joint venture with partner company Al Ahmadiah of Dubai.
   

• Contract managed undertaken for  Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi and managed by Aldar Laing O’Rourke
   

• Project involved TCS delivering the complete Construction Design, Supply and Provision of  construction management and training in conjunction with Al Ahmadiah Ltd.
   

• TCS project on site Project Management was responsible for complete construction with labour provided by partner Al Ahmadiah.
