Contract Description

​

• Design, supply and build of  62 housing units for the Kiribati Government funded by MFAT. 
   

• Development included  site security fencing, storm water collection and potable water distribution to all houses, sewage management and site landscaping.
   

• TCS provided all construction management and labour for the turn key project. This project employed 100 local workers of which 20% were female employees. The project provided skill training for workers in all aspects of construction
