Contract Description

​

• Design, supply and build of seven aged care facilities in Sapporo.
   

•  TCS provided all design and engineering services, NZ pre prefabrication, supply and  construction management for these  turn key projects for Sapporo Healthcare provider.
   

• Construction incorporated TCS high insulation construction systems to manage the temperatures of minus 20 degrees.
